look at that, its either in india or such same place. in new york there's one crazy legislature who filed a bill that would penalizes feeding the poor birds. his weird idea, if you caled this idea, or just simply politicking got a lots of flaks. he said birds are nuisance and contributes to the increase of rodents in the city, a silly bad mind excrement.its good, it wasn't given an attention at all. atleast i can feed the birds and pigeons at will. in other words we have lots of birds here at nyc
