This picture is one of the our project....Redevelopment Contract 34 : Toa Payoh......by Chip Eng Seng Contractors (1988) Pte Ltd, which I am the lead QS.....hehehehehe..... 5 Blocks of 40 storey building, with roof garden at the multi storey carpark......worth 112 million singapore dollars...
