Please read the following rules and guidelines very carefully. By proceeding to post you agree to these guidelines and must obey them at all times. Refusal to obey these guidelines will result in the appropriate responsive actions.

1. First and foremost, respect your fellow members. Personal attacks, rudeness, flaming, baiting, insults to others will not be tolerated. If you have any issues with another member, contact the Administrator. Disrespect towards Moderators and Administrators will result in immediate banning.

2. Inappropriate content will be removed without notice. Do not post any messages that are obscene, vulgar, racist, hateful, threatening, or otherwise violative of any laws. Use good judgement when choosing user names, avatars, or images to post.

3. Keep in mind that this is an Ilocano forum, a place of discussion for Ilocanos and others who speak or have an interest in learning the Ilocano (Iloko) language. Therefore, Ilocano should be used. Ilocano is the official language of the Ilocano Forums while English serves as the lingua franca (in other words, English is allowed). Posts written in Tagalog will be deleted on sight. This rule also applies to the User profiles, the Gallery, and all areas of this website. Click here and read the official announcement. Persistent violations of this rule will result in a suspension/ban. If you can't follow this rule, please join Talk.ph instead.

4. Do not spam. Advertising of sites, products, or services outside of the Websites and the Web and Classifieds forums respectively, is prohibited. Posts of this nature will be removed and the user will receive a warning. Further violations will result in a ban.

5. When creating a new topic, pick the most relevant forum to post it in. If you are unsure where it should go, put it in the Ilocano Chit-Chat forum and someone will move it to the proper category for you.

6. Do not post for the sake of increasing your post count. Posts such as "ala lang" or any other senseless and irrelevant posts are not allowed and will be deleted on sight and the user will lose his/her priviledge to post messages in the forums.
